For use in body wraps, spread generously over targeted area, and wrap in saran wrap. Do not do this to your face or head. Stay wrapped for at least an hour.

For baths, add a few squirts to salt, mix slowly with water to make a scrub, or just add the salt to your bath. Do not get into your eyes or mouth. Rinse with cool water if you do.
